2018 North Burnett Christmas Lights Competition

Get out your Christmas lights and decorations! It’s time to start preparing for the 2018 North Burnett Christmas Lights Competition. Residents and local businesses in the North Burnett are invited to decorate their homes, windows and gardens in the ‘Spirit of Christmas 2018’. In partnership with the following community organisations, Council has opened nominations to this FREE community event. North Burnett Regional Council proudly sponsors all six townships equally in the competition.

Displays are judged according to visual appeal, uniqueness, overall impact, safety, variety of decorations and tidiness. To be part of this year’s Christmas Lights Competition, residents are requested to nominate their residence or business by 4.30pm Thursday, 6 December 2018. Nomination Forms can be downloaded here or collected from any of Council’s six Customer Service Centres / Libraries.
Judging will take place during the week commencing Monday, 10 December 2018.
