Access to Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support services via the MyGov self-serve system in Council operated centres is vitally important for the community during this time.  North Burnett Regional Council is seeking to keep as many services operating as possible, while looking after the health of staff and users of the service.  Details of operating services are listed below:-

  • Mundubbera Centrelink Access Point located at 30 Lyons St, Mundubbera
  • Gayndah Centrelink Access Point located at 34-36 Capper St, Gayndah re-opens on Monday, 30 March 2020.
  • Biggenden Centrelink Access Point located at 47 Edward Street, Biggenden remains closed and will not re-open to the public until further notice.

Services will operate during Council’s regular hours of operation.

Other Centrelink services are operating throughout the region, you can search here for your closest service https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/contact-us/find-us.
