About this event

In collaboration, Madec and Growcom are presenting Horticulture Grower Information Sessions surrounding current programs and initiatives available to the industry.

– Harvest Trail Services: connect employers with workers in harvesting areas across Australia by providing all year round harvest trail services to meet seasonal labour market needs. Harvest Trail Services supply labour to major harvest areas seeking large or minor numbers of harvest workers to supplement local labour supply.

– Seasonal Workers Program: offers employers in the agriculture sector and employers in selected locations in the accommodation sector access to a reliable, returning workforce when there is not enough local Australian labour to meet seasonal demand.

– Fair Farms: is an industry-led initiative aimed at fostering fair and responsible employment practices in Australian horticulture.
