Council’s Major Events Grant Programme is to support regionally significant events and festivals that provide tourism and economic benefit to the region.
Eligible community organisations in the North Burnett Regional Council area are encouraged to apply using the SmartyGrants portal.
Council places priority on events that focus on self-sufficiency and sustainability, provide a cross benefit of fundraising opportunity for other community groups and demonstrate potential for economic stimulus.
The current round is open now, closing 28 February at 11.59pm.
