NDRRA works nears completion

Temporary traffic disruption – Monday, 21 and Tuesday, 22 August 2017

As part of North Burnett Regional Council’s latest Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA) program, various roads in the North Burnett have been scheduled to have final seals performed.

These final seals will conclude Council’s reconstruction works on the sections of sealed roads that were extensively damaged during the 2016 weather event. Works are expected to be completed on Monday, 21st and Tuesday, 22nd of August, weather permitting.

Minor traffic disruptions may occur whilst final reseal works are performed on the following roads:

  • Church Road, Mundubbera
  • Coonambula Road, Mundubbera
  • Giles Road, Biggenden
  • Loakes Road, Mundubbera
  • Lochaber Road, Eidsvold
  • Macks Road, Monto
  • McIndoes Road, Mundubbera
  • Monal Road, Monto
  • O’Bil Bil Road, Mundubbera
  • Old Rawbelle Road, Monto/Eidsvold
  • Riverleigh School Bus Road, Mundubbera
  • Stuart Russell Street, Mundubbera

Motorists are requested to travel with extreme care and responsibility, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your patience whilst this work is in progress.
