Reporting an issue to Council

Oct 17, 2018 | Front Page Feature, News

You’ve just noticed the wheel has fallen off your wheelie bin, you’ve found a lost pet or the playground equipment in your community is damaged… These issues and many more can be reported to Council to be investigated and resolved.

Council encourages residents and visitors to report issues that they encounter to assist in maintaining our Naturally Beautiful region.

There are a number of ways that you can report an issue:

In person…     Call in and see the friendly staff at your local Customer Service Centre or Library.

By phone…     Council’s Customer Contact Centre operates during business hours with an after-hours service available for emergencies or call-back messages only. Simply call one of our friendly Contact Centre team members on 1300 696 272 (1300 MY NBRC) to report your issue.

Online…        Submit your issue, feedback or enquiry direct via Council’s Contact page.

Email…          Email Council direct.

In an instant… If you have a smartphone you can report an issue on the spot, complete with photo upload and geocode location through the ‘Snap, Send, Solve’ App.

Write to us…  If pen to paper is more your style, please address your correspondence to:
