Professor Stupendous will be returning to the North Burnett for Youth Week 2024! Join us for a full day of exciting activities at the Eidsvold Community Hall and Tennis Courts. Tennis Clinic: We'll be inspiring the next generation of tennis super stars! Join us for a mix of exciting games and activities that will develop your tennis skills. This workshop is for all ability levels – beginner to advanced! We have extra rackets if you need one, but please BYO sunscreen, hats, and water bottles. Games Spectacular: Games Spectacular is back! We have plenty of super-fun games in store to get you moving and strategising. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a water bottle and a change of clothes! Board Game Bonanza: Checkmate boredom and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of strategy, laughter, and some friendly competition. Professor Stupendous and Ted Carter from Ascend Learning will be returning to North Burnett to deliver some VERY COOL activities for kids during Youth Week and the April 2022 school holidays. The Science and Marshmallow Combat (also known as Mad Marshmallow Melee) will involve teamwork to plan and build a range of items including: An emperor and tower out of pool noodle parts and skewers/toothpicks A wall from paper/plastic cups - without using hands Marshmallow cannons (PVC piping and joins, vacuums) And more! This session is recommended for kids aged 7-16.
