Are you involved with a community group or organisation that will be participating in an event at your local show?

Make sure your event has ticked all the boxes by completing the below checklist…

• Have you organised garbage bins for your event?
• To organise event bins, head over to Council’s Community Grants Program page on the website.

• Have you notified Council of the Not for Profit food stalls that will be at your event?
• To notify Council about your Not for Profit food stall, complete the Food Event Form.

• Do all businesses selling food, have a food licence?
• Refer to www.northburnett.qld.gov.au/forms/ or phone 1300 696 272 (1300 MY NBRC).
• Complete the Food Business Licence Application Form.
