Community Events/Projects Grant
Can your not-for-profit organisation make our community more active, vibrant, inclusive, resilient and creative?
Our Community Event and Projects Grant supports not-for-profit organisations to deliver projects, events and activities that have a broad community benefit.
What are Community Events and Projects?
- Community Events are one-off or a series of smaller events that build community, add vibrancy and reflect the cultural values, diversity and lifestyle of our communities. Organisers are encouraged to adopt principles of sustainability to ensure the self-sufficiency of future community events that do not depend on Council’s ongoing financial support.
- Community Projects are infrastructure projects that involve the development, maintenance or improvement of buildings or land that contribute to providing a safe, accessible and inclusive community facility.
