Get Ready for Storm Season with FREE Green Waste Disposal

Council is supporting a FREE green waste disposal week!  This will help assist residents to removal fire risks and complete a pre-storm season clean up.  All quantities of green waste will be received at no charge during normal operating hours from Saturday, 30 November 2019 to Sunday, 8 December 2019.

This offer does not extend to bulky items, mattresses, tyres, asbestos as well as commercial, demolition, construction or industrial waste.  Green waste which is contaminated with other waste (e.g. plastic and steel) will be charged for disposal at the appropriate mixed waste fees.

Proof of ratepayer status/residency is to be provided if requested by landfill attendant (e.g. rates notice or drivers licence).
