Playgrounds for all to enjoy

Apr 30, 2021 | Front Page Feature, News

Continuing with the park upgrades that we have seen in our towns throughout the North Burnett over the past year.  Upgrades have now commenced in Bicentennial Park, Mundubbera and Apex Park, Eidsvold to add new all abilities play equipment for everyone to enjoy.

The following equipment will be closed while these works are undertaken: –

  • Bicentennial Park – The swing set will be closed for the duration of the upgrade.
  • Apex Park – The playground will be closed to the public for the duration of the upgrade; however, the amenities and shelter will be open.

Please ensure your families are kept at a safe distance from the work site while these closures are in place. Works are expected to take approximately three (3) weeks to complete.

For further information on the upgrades contact Council’s Works Programming team on 1300 696 272 or email to admin@northburnett.qld.gov.au.
