Your engagement and feedback are valuable; please see the details at the end of this notice if you would like to get in touch with myself or another divisional councillor.

R U OK Day
Thursday, 12 September 2024, marked R U OK Day. This day provided an important reminder for us all to prioritise mental health and wellbeing, both for ourselves and those around us.
Checking in with someone who might appear to be struggling, is not their usual self, or appears off their game is a simple yet impactful way to offer support. This is something we should do every day of the year, not just on R U OK Day.
Whether it’s reaching out to a colleague, a friend, or even taking a moment for yourself, your support can make a significant difference. It helps others feel valued, heard, and, most importantly, less alone.
