Calling all young writers & changemakers!
This July, the ABC Heywire team are facilitating an online Storytelling Workshop at the North Burnett Libraries.
Heywire is a storytelling competition for people aged 16-22 living in regional, rural and remote Australia. Heywire encourages young people to tell stories about their life outside the major cities.
The competition closes on 1 September 2024 – if you’re not sure where to start, this workshop is for you!
By entering your story, you could win the chance to work directly with ABC producers and receive an all-expenses paid trip to the ABC Heywire Regional Youth Innovation Summit in Canberra next year!
Book your spot today – register at events.humanitix.com/nbrc or call Council on 1300 696 272. Can’t make it in person? Book a ‘Join from Home’ ticket to receive your unique link to join the online workshop.
