Community Halls

Council Community Hall facilities are available for regular or casual hire by community groups, government and non-government organisations, businesses, and individuals.

Community Halls are available for hire in Biggenden, Eidsvold, Gayndah, Monto, Mt Perry and Mundubbera.

HIRE FEES

Hire fees and charges apply for all Community Hall bookings.

The fees and charges vary and depend on the duration of the booking, the rooms requested, and the nature of the event. Not-For-Profit rates are available.  View Council’s Fees and Charges. 

Fee waviers or free use of a Community Hall (including individual rooms) is not supported.

BONDS

A refundable bond is payable if alcohol is consumed at the event. See the Fees and Charges.

Biggenden Hall

LOCATION: Corner of Victoria and Frederick Street, Biggenden QLD 4621.
CAPACITY: Main Hall – 300 people

Dressing Room:

  • Located behind the stage

Foyer:

  • Small front entrance where tickets can be sold etc.

 

Eidsvold Hall

LOCATION: 54 Moreton Street, Eidsvold QLD 4627
CAPACITY: Main Hall – 300 people

LOCATION: 32-34 Capper Street, Gayndah QLD 4625 (Collocated with the Council Chambers and Depot).
