Council received on 11 April 2022 reconfiguring a lot application for 1 into 2 lots at 751 Hawkwood Road, Mundubbera. As per the North Burnett Regional Council Planning Scheme and Planning Act 2016 located within the rural zone – hinterland precinct with lot/s size under 400 hectares is deemed impact assessable. The applicant has advised Council that they intend to commence public notification on 17 June 2022. Public notification was conduted from the 17 June to 8 July 2022.
