Professor Stupendous and Ted Carter from Ascend Learning will be returning to North Burnett to deliver some VERY COOL activities for kids during Youth Week and the April 2022 school holidays. Expect to get messy, loud and interactive in this fun workshop! Join us for Ancient Aztec games and one of the coolest exploding watermelon experiments using rubber bands. It is advisable to bring an extra set of clothes or a raincoat! This session is recommended for kids aged 7-16.

The Science and Marshmallow Combat (also known as Mad Marshmallow Melee) will involve teamwork to plan and build a range of items including: An emperor and tower out of pool noodle parts and skewers/toothpicks A wall from paper/plastic cups - without using hands Marshmallow cannons (PVC piping and joins, vacuums) And more! This session is recommended for kids aged 7-16.
