Footpath upgrade for a safer trek – Monto

Works for a new footpath in Oxley Street and Jaycee Park, Monto will commence Monday, 18 January 2021. These works will continue for approximately two weeks with completion expected by Friday, 5 February 2021, weather permitting.   

 Council asks residents of the affected areas to please keep a safe distance from the worksites and adhere to signage that is in place.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the completion of this program.

The footpath upgrade is funded through Council’s capital budget and the Queensland Governments Safe School Travel Program.
