???? Failure of a valve has reduced the normal capacity of the Gayndah Water Treatment Plant’s, leading to difficulties meeting demand at current high water usage levels by the community.
????️ If water restrictions need to be instigated, they will then remain in place until general rains come.
???? To avoid this, Council requests customers in Gayndah minimise outside water use over the weekend, and into next week, when the valve replacement can be received and installed.
???? This is particularly the case for institutional users such as schools and sports facilities.
