The following goods were impounded recently by Council under Section 36 of the North Burnett Regional Council Local Law 1 (Administration) 2011.
The items were removed from land under the control of Council on Cania Gorge Road, Moonford (images below).
The owner of an impounded item may reclaim the item from Council by: –
- Making a written application to the chief executive officer; and
- Proof is produced to the satisfaction of the chief executive officer that the applicant is the owner of the item; and
- The applicant pays all the costs or fees incurred by Council in the impounding of the item.
