From Friday, 28 January 2022 the Mundubbera Customer Service Centre will be relocated to the Mundubbera Library. The combination of the two services has been in the pipeline for some time, with Council finalising the decision to merge the two services as part of its Service Delivery Review.
To allow staff to make this transition, both the Mundubbera Customer Service Centre and the Mundubbera Library will be closed Thursday, 27 January 2022.
Council will continue to offer the same range of council services at all centres, providing access for face-to-face payments for rates and dog registrations, council information and library services.
Council’s contact centre will continue to operate from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily, with friendly council staff available to answer questions, take bookings and payments. Council’s After-Hours service also remains, so you will still be able to contact Council 24/7 in case of an emergency.
