Funding through the Queensland Feral Pest Initiative has been given to the South Burnett Regional Council to help with the creation of Pest Management groups or syndicates within the South Burnett, North Burnett and Gympie regional areas. This funding can be utilised by these groups for a number of activities such as training, equipment, baits and hiring of pest management contractors.
