Council held an initial Sale of Land for Overdue Rates Auction on the 06 September 2022 with five properties being sold, and nine remaining unsold. Council has resolved to conduct a further Auction (with reduced reserve prices) on 11.00 am Tuesday 29 November 2022 @ Mount Perry Hall – 62 Heusman Street, Mount Perry.
- In person Bidder Registration will be available from 10.00 am on the day of the Auction.
- Telephone bidding will not be available.
- Authority to Bid for on behalf of another person will be available, though it is highly recommended to contact Council by no later than 25 November 2022, if this option is being considered.
- A schedule of available properties will be made available after 9:00 am Thursday, 03 November 2022. No further information on available properties will be provided until this time.
