Professor Stupendous will be returning to the North Burnett for Youth Week 2024! Join us for a full day of exciting activities at the Gayndah Community Hall and Tennis Courts. Tennis Clinic: We'll be inspiring the next generation of tennis super stars! Join us for a mix of exciting games and activities that will develop your tennis skills. This workshop is for all ability levels – beginner to advanced! We have extra rackets if you need one, but please BYO sunscreen, hats, and water bottles. Games Spectacular: Games Spectacular is back! We have plenty of super-fun games in store to get you moving and strategising. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a water bottle and a change of clothes! Ironing Maiden’s ‘Electro House Wife’ Live Performance

  Award Winning Electronic Music duo the Ironing Maidens are visiting Gayndah this October with their Live Show, Electro Housewife. The Ironing Maidens will bring dance music with a difference to the North Burnett region for a free for all ages family friendly Live Show on Friday, 13 October at the Gayndah Community Hall. Bookings are essential (details below). Ingeniously adapting real irons and ironing boards into electronic instruments to create breakthrough music, Electro Housewife is a playful, thought provoking, wholly entertaining experience. This workshop will introduce you to the world of songwriting and electronic music production using the software Ableton Live software.  No prior experience required! Whether you’re interested in learning to use Ableton for songwriting, live performance or making beats, we’ll show you the basics of writing and arrangement.
