As per the North Burnett Regional Council Planning Scheme and Planning Act 2016 an intensive livestock industry of this size and located within the rural zone – intensive agriculture precinct impact assessable. Therefore the applicant has advised that they intend to commence public notification as per the Development Assessment Rules v1.3 on the 6 January 2022.
