Following community feedback, Council engaged in an independent road safety audit in relation to the Bon Accord Bridge project. A copy of the audit can be accessed here.
Stakeholders are advised that the Road Safety Audit report has been prepared for interpretation by qualified and experienced personnel. Council recommends consulting with appropriate professionals for assistance in interpreting the report and findings.
Council will have qualified personnel available at a community meeting to take attendees through the report and answer any related questions. The meeting is being held at 2.30pm on Tuesday, 8 October 2024 at the Gayndah Arts and Cultural Centre Function Room. Interested residents are invited to register their interest prior to the event by emailing marlene.carstens@northburnett.qld.gov.au, as walk-in places will be limited and subject to availability.
