Important booking information
Please be at your pickup bus stop location at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
Our drivers have a strict scheduled timetable, so we are unable to call you if you are not at your pickup location when the bus is scheduled to depart
Each passenger can bring one suitcase up to 20 kilos on board.
As Queensland is prone to weather events, we require your phone number (preferably a mobile) so we can contact you if a service has been held up, needs to depart early or has to be cancelled altogether due to a flood event.
Here’s some helpful information you need to know about travelling on our service
We strongly encourage you to be at your pick up bus stop location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. Our drivers have a strict scheduled timetable, so we are unable to call you if you are not at your pick up location when the bus is scheduled to depart
Have your cuppa and a bite to eat before travel with us, as only water is permitted to be consumed on our service.
We love having families join us onboard and understand that on occasions your Child/teenager may need to travel unaccompanied. Teenagers aged between 12- 15 years (inclusive) of age can travel without you, however you are required to complete the Unccompanied Child Form and return it to us at least 2 business days prior to travel. You can email it to email@example.com or pop into your local Customer Service & Library Centre to complete the form.
Bubs and toddlers are welcome to travel on the lap of a responsible carer. If you wish to bring a child safety seat onboard for your little one to be restrained while travelling you can, however we cannot guarantee it will fit and you will need to supply your own extension strap to ensure enough length to reach the anchor point available.
If you’re heading away for a few days, that’s no trouble. Each passenger can bring one suitcase up to 20 kilos on board.
For the comfort and health of our drivers and passengers travelling, please remember that smoking/vaping is prohibited on our bus service.
Lastly, sit back relax and enjoy your trip.
