Past Planning Schemes
The previous Councils that amalgamated to form the North Burnett Regional Council each had a planning scheme to regulate development. These planning schemes ceased having affect when the North Burnett Regional Planning Scheme commenced on 3 November 2014. They may however occasionally be useful in ascertaining whether a use commenced lawfully under one of those schemes. The schemes are as follows:
